The Squisitia Restaurant, located in the Hotel San Ranieri, is renowned and appreciated not only for its elegant and refined atmosphere, but also for its cuisine, characterised by typical flavours from the Pisa and Tuscany regions, presented in a more modern setting.
Thanks to the experience and creativity of the Chefs, the menu offers revisited recipes and dishes presented in a style faithful to contemporary cuisine.
The ingredients include seasonal produce, as well as produce from the San Rossore Park and fresh handmade products such as bread, pasta and pastries. The Squisitia Restaurant specialises in gluten-free cuisine and has been AIC certified since its opening.
All this is accompanied by wines from local producers in Pisa, Tuscany and Italy, as well as a careful selection of international wines.
We hereby inform our valued customers that the restaurant Squisitia will be closed from December 24, 2025 to January 6, 2026, with the exception of the New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner on December 31, 2025.

Breakfast
A rich buffet breakfast, served in the garden during summer, with a wide selection of products: pastries, croissants, typical local cakes, savoury items, bacon, eggs, sausages, savoury pies, caprese salad, bresaola, ricotta, fresh yoghurt, sliced seasonal fruit, jams and beach honey.
Available every day from 7:00 to 10:00 a.m.
Wave Bar
After a busy day of work or sightseeing around Tuscany, you can have fun and relax at the Wave Bar, where Happy Hour is organised with typical local products, accompanied by Italian or international cocktails and a wide selection of spirits.
In summer, surrounded by its green gardens, the Wave Bar also serves outdoors and remains open throughout the evening, offering a wide selection of wines by the glass and tasty snacks in a relaxed atmosphere.
