This is a prestigious goal our hotel in Pisa Cisanello has achieved due to our ongoing commitment to providing high standards in every aspect of our guests' stays.

The ISO 9001 certification is intended to distinguish hotels that can guarantee management systems that meet customer expectations, achieve fixed objectives within a certain time frame and according to appropriate measures, and to ensure necessary resources for the constant improvement and implementation of the processes themselves.

The ISO 9001 certification is integrated with ISO 14001, with which Hotel San Ranieri has also become compliant, thanks to a suitable environmental management system. To be considered eligible, our 4-star hotel has demonstrated deep knowledge of the environmental framework (emissions, use of resources and energy expenditure) and the consequent adoption of the necessary protective measures.

Thanks to careful attention in performing daily tasks - from check-in to room cleaning to restaurant service - our management has defined a strict company policy. What makes the Hotel San Ranieri reliable in every possible degree – along with attention to quality and the environment – is the care we give to safety at work. We are proud to have a standard certification like the ISO 45001 which guarantees the protection of health and safety in the workplace.

Through preventive measures and constant checks in our 4-star hotel, we have defined a safety management system in compliance with, and recognized by, regulations.

We ensure that each person working in the hotel – from maids to receptionists to the general manager – can do their job in complete safety, drastically reducing the possibility of accidents or accidental damage.
